I made this because I kept running into the same situation with my elderly parents. They struggle with technology, like many elderly people do. Their phone would start acting up, and feel overwhelming for them. I would walk them through what to do, but later on, it would happen again and we’d start right back at the beginning.
I wanted something simple they could actually keep to help remind them and feel confident handling it on their own without stress.
Instead of just writing instructions, I turned it into something they could put on their fridge, and the image was just for my mom because she loves cats, ha ha! And the cat adds a bit of humor, because honestly, we’ve all felt that kind of frustration with our phones at some point. The little memory rhyme makes it easy to remember what to do. The framed infographic helped them understand what is happening “under the hood”, so to speak.
It comes with a small matching small envelope that will fit inside a larger, main envelope to kind of keep it all together, which is optional.
